Returns, Exchanges and Shipping


Return and Exchanges

  • Any defective products bought online can be exchanged or given a full refund.

  • To be returnable, defective item must be within 30 days of purchase date.

  • Flawed products must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn.

What items are not returnable?

  • Items that do not meet all the above criteria
  • Free gifts
  • Promotional items
  • Clearance/Sale items

Please note:

    • If the returned item passes inspection and a requested item for exchange is no longer in stock, the original item will be refunded.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
    • There may be expected delays during/after holidays, sales, and special events.
    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Additional Information:

  • Colours on your monitor may be different from the colour of the actual clothing.
  • Please read the care page for direct instructions on how to best care for your product.
  • Check sizes before ordering, even if the customer has purchased an item from our store before, as each specific item has it’s own sizing guide.

Shipping

Shipment processing time 
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Australia Post Standard Shipping estimated delivery is 3-5 days at a $10 fee 
Australia Post Express Shipping estimated delivery 1-2 days at a $15 fee 
Australia Post International Shipping estimated delivery 11-15 days at a $23 fee 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages 
Wan Tribe is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost/Missing Items
If your order has been delivered to your address but you are unable to find it please check your surrounding areas for the order to see if the driver might have put it in a safe place where it's not visible from the street or if a neighbour may have picked it up. 


If the courier service has specified the "safe placement" of a delivered item and you still can't find it, get in touch with us and we will lodge an investigation with the courier for you. This will take 1-2 business days to be completed from when you contact us. If you need your items urgently you can reorder them whilst we are waiting for the couriers investigation to be completed. 
Wan Tribe will not refund a lost or missing item if the courier service has specified the item has been placed in a "safe place". Of course, if it’s confirmed that your order was lost in transit, we will refund you in full.
